Primary Areas of Practice

Mr. Field’s primary areas of practice are family law, personal injury, litigation, and municipal law. He has successfully litigated numerous personal injury matters, including automobile and truck accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, dog bites, and more. Mr. Fields has also advised municipal entities on a myriad of issues, including: zoning, land development, constitutional issues, Right to Know issues, and other important matters.

Mr. Fields is also a compassionate family law advocate, capable of handling all matters from custody, child support, divorce, adoption, protection from abuse, and all other domestic law issues. Mr. Fields’ family law practice is complemented by his experience in estate planning and landlord/tenant matters, as well as business planning and commercial litigation.

Educational Background

Mr. Fields graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in 2007. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2011. Mr. Fields was an associate and senior editor for the UNH Law Review. He also authored a legal note regarding the constitutionality of the Louisiana Science Education Act. Prior to graduating, Mr. Fields served as a legal intern for the Education Law Center of Pennsylvania and a certified legal intern with the Lehigh County Office of the Public Defender.

Professional and Community Affiliations

Mr. Fields is an active member of the Northampton County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. In particular, Mr. Fields volunteers as a conflict resolution instructor through the NCBA and Easton Area School District. He is also involved as a volunteer with local special needs organizations.
